Domestic Shipping Information

All domestic packages are shipped with UPS and signature confirmation is required. We ship with USPS for purchases, shipping to PO boxes and military addresses only. Our products are shipped in nondescript packaging.

Standard shipping will take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive from the order date:

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders of or above $500
  • Shipping is $20 for all orders below $500

Expedited shipping is only available for domestic shipments in the U.S. and will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from the order date. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • $50 shipping for all expedited US orders

Please note that purchases placed after 4pm ET are considered as made the next business day. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping type, you should expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before you receive the item.

All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with UPS, or we will exceptionally ship with DHL or USPS depending on location. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • $75 for all international orders

Please note that customers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the Bagine purchase price. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns can be accepted on international purchases. All shipments are tracked and insured.

We are unable to make changes to a purchase once it has been placed.

Do you provide purchase and shipping confirmation?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing. Processing may take up to 1 business day. Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address. However, you can contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end:

What if my order shows as delivered, but I have not received it?

If your package shows as delivered please double-check your shipping information on your order confirmation to confirm the order was shipped to the correct address.

You may also want to check with roommates or neighbors who may have accepted the package for you.

If the package has not shown up after 2 business days, please reach out to with your order number so we may assist.
